AI for Architects: From Concept to Construction Drawing

This course introduces architects and design students to AI tools that support the full design pipeline: early massing and ideation, render and mood boards, code-aware layout checks, and clearer client presentations. You’ll work through real studio-style briefs using prompt-based image tools, generative assistants for specs and schedules, and simple automation for repetitive documentation. Prerequisites: Basic familiarity with CAD/BIM (Rhino, Revit, or similar) and comfort with design software. Not required: programming or machine-learning background. By the end: you’ll have a repeatable workflow, example prompts, and a small portfolio piece (concept + presentation set) you can adapt to your practice.
